Our repairs are performed by experienced professionals of the highest level. We provide a factory quality guarantee for 12 months. In some cases, we offer an exchange gearbox for emergency replacement during the repair to avoid costly downtime on the main lines.
A detailed description of the problem and pictures are sufficient for remote diagnostics. If required the condition of the gearboxes can also be checked on site using high-quality analysis and inspection devices
First the gearbox is completely disassembled and all parts are thoroughly cleaned
Our experts then proceed with an in-depth analysis. For this purpose, an ultrasonic and magnetic particle crack test is completed in our factory in accordance with EN 10204. 
Once all parts have been dismantled, cleaned and checked, the actual scope of repair can be defined.
Where technically justified and possible, the gear surfaces are ground after the parts have been pre-measured using high-precision measuring equipment. 
Replacing all types of bearings and shaft seals with new ones is standard during any repair
Adjustment of all bearings and gear clearances using modern and precise assembly equipment.
After the gearbox is assambled a load-free test run starts for several hours
The last step is the painting of the gearbox casing
As a result of the repair you get a completely overhold gearbox in as good as new condition.
After the repair we provide a 12-month factory warranty on replaced parts and work performed.
