Our cooperation partner manufactures spare parts for gearboxes of various brands without providing drawings. We measure defective parts on the basis of a sample provided to us. Thanks to the state-of-the-art measuring technology, the exact gear geometry is determined and recorded.
In addition to the measurement, the sample recording includes a hardness test of the components and a detailed test report.
Our database contains partial data of the most popular gearbox brands like Flender®, Eisenbeiss®, PIV®, Santasalo®, Jake®, Henschel® which allows us to manufacture spare parts quickly.
We offer wear parts for gearboxes, such as bearings and seals, for replacement and simple on-site repairs by your trained personnel.
