With a wide range of welding and coating technologies we can restore almost any screw to its original condition.Customer experiance is the main priority of the company. All options for repair are exhausted before recommending a total replacement of process units. We offer customised solutions at optimal conditions.
If drawings of the original parts are not available we can measure even complex components with a µm – precision (0,001 mm) during the repair. The data obtained allows us to create 3D drawings of screws and barrels.
We offer various coatings – molybdenum, chrome, wolfram carbide, etc.- and special treatments – ridge armoring, bimetal – depending on requirements and customer needs. Our experts will advise you and help you to make a reasonable decision depending on the material used in production and processing conditions
LASEX© laser cladding for screw ridges is an in-house development by our partner and is used both for repairs and for the manufacture of new screws. This means that various highly wear-resistant materials can be processed precisely according to customer requirements. The process enables the armouring of screws up to a length of 6 metres and with a diameter of between 50 and 500 mm.
Every part is subjected to a strict quality control before it leaves the factory. We provide a 12-month warranty on all repairs carried out.
